The Endoura Effect was born from personal experience with healthcare's most frustrating reality: being dismissed when you know something is wrong.
Our founder, a practicing clinician, experienced years of debilitating symptoms—brain fog, fatigue, mood changes—only to be told repeatedly that labs were "normal" and symptoms were "just stress" or "part of aging."
After finally receiving proper hormone optimization and experiencing life-changing results, she realized how many others were suffering unnecessarily. The Endoura Effect was founded in 2025 with a simple mission: provide the care we wish we had received.
We've now helped over 700 patients reclaim their health, with 100+ active members who trust us with their ongoing care. Every protocol is informed by both clinical evidence and the lived experience of knowing what it feels like to be unheard.
